I've never felt so comfortable with a vet. Upfront with pricing, great bedside manner, and I will definitely be bringing Kai back here again if needed.

Dr. Lang and his staff have gone above and beyond to help my corgi over the last 3 years. These past 6 months I my poor girl has been going through all kinds of health issues one after another. I feel like a crazy lady bugging them constantly with questions concerns and appointments I just want my ol gal to get better. Even on vacation the dr has been willing to answer his phone an still help me an my old girl. He has been nothing but thorough and helpful. One thing I want to put out there is he is human and aside from his own personal life an busy schedule he has done everything he could to help. It has been a long on-going frustrating 6 months but just as any medical practice human or animal.. there is no one an done cure. He has never pushed any procedure or test he has simply told me all options an let me deside from that point how i want to proceed and I am beyond thankful for this office. I will always recommend this office to anyone in need of a great vet.

Edit: I edited from 3 to 5 stars after my recent vaccine/checkup visit. It's still run by the same vet as two years ago, and he was fantastic. Gentle with the cat, got everything done efficiently, and answered all of my questions. He's an obvious cat lover and really knowledgeable. My one gripe with the place is still that they are hard to get in contact with because they for some reason don't have a voicemail system, and the vet tech is also the receptionist. So if she's busy, she won't answer. But once you do get in, it's great. Prices aren't super cheap, but not super expensive, and they don't recommend tests that aren't necessary. A great friendly neighborhood vet if you're on this side of Anderson. I found a stray kitten about two years ago. Got her initial checkup, medications, and vaccines through this clinic. I also had her spayed here. For the first few months to a year, no problems. Everything was completely up to par. I don't know if they have had a change in staffing or management recently, but I've been trying off and on for months to get my cat in for vaccine boosters and a checkup. They rarely answer their phones anymore. I can't even evaluate whether their care is good anymore or not because I can never get in contact with them to make an appointment. They don't seem to have voicemail as an option right now, which I think every business should have. They definitely used to. I call, and it just rings and rings. If you're busy/not available right now, that's fine. I'll leave a message and you call back. Not having that as an option is weird to me as far as a business goes. I am unfortunately having to consider going elsewhere because of just lack of ability to contact.
