Swiss City Veterinary Clinic Pc

I love the place. I have every confidence in Swiss City Veterinary . They have seen me through some of my very saddest days . Since I've came here I'd go nowhere eles. Thank you SCVC :))

I finally found a veterinarian that is not only affordable, he is very good. I drive quite a way just to see him and will gladly continue to do so.

The receptionist acted like she didn't know how to answer a question, or who was next in line when she clearly seen our faces. And the doctor was VERY rude to us. Just becoz we had just a question and not an appointment, and they were starting to get busy....he just dismissed us and told us we could just go into the other room VERY rudely...with the wave of the back of his hand. He also told us in VERY quick type manner that we would havta bring the dogs in. Of course he would say that. He didn't even have the time to hear our dogs full symptoms before he went to the 30.00 something dollars vet visit. Granite, they r cheap but at what expense. I once took a beloved cat in to have her humanely put down and while I was still standing there he flipped her in the eye ball with his finger to check to c if she was still alive or dead. I thought, pretty insensitive on his part. I know they work with bigger animals and this is prolly the way they do things... But to a cat owner that has gotten close to the pet, come on. I WILL NOT be setting up that appointment with them & now I remember why I stopped taking my pets there. So, u judge for urself. I hope u don't have to learn the hard way like I did. PS: As we were walking out of the building there was a black lab that the doc had just seen and the dog was limping pretty bad. He had a wrap around 1 if it's paws. I asked the owner if he was ok, becoz there was A LOT of bright red blood pouring out of the bandage. He said the dog pulled out his dew claw. I said, since the doc just looked at him & bandaged him up I'd take him back in and have it rebandaged or he may bleed out, as some do... And he was pouring out blood. He could have bled out by the time they even got home, ya know. I hope the guy got smart and even tho is a tad more expensive, took him down to smith veterinary hospital and got the right treatment he deserved. I pray for that black lab & his owner! This all just goes to show, cheaper is NOT always better in the long run, esp when dealing with a loved one & careless care!!! Good luck all.

WONDERFUL Vet.. I can't say enough about this Vet. He is caring, and has always been straight with me about the care of my animals. He is very experienced and they are VERY fair with the cost. In my opinion , I will not take my animals to anyone else. UPDATED and Repost of my Review. I LOVE THIS VET Clinic. I LOVE the staff . and the absolute care they give me and my pets.
