Why are the front desk people so mean and rude? I understand if you are frustrated if your life is miserable but that does not mean you can ruin other people's mood when they just want to take care of their pets. Being rude is not cutesy or should be a normal daily occurrence. Being kind is free. If you hate your job give it to someone else that would love the opportunity. Have a blessed day! Kindness is free.

Not only was this a 6 day traumatizing experience. My cat was gravely ill, which is not their fault- however the older woman at the counter was rude (she wasn't even the person helping me at the counter.) I had just found out THAT MORNING that I had to euthanize my cat. I was EXTREMELY distraught while trying to pay. Then when they brought my cat in for me to see him- they brought the wrong size bag to take him home in- and he was covered in wet food. Now almost 6 WEEKS later they sent me a card in the mail for their condolences. SIGNED BY NO ONE. Next time- instead of sending a generic card that no one can be bothered to take 5 seconds out of their day to scribble their name or a simple sorry for your loss- send a thank you card for the ungodly amount of money you extorted. Now im sad, angry, and will DEFINITELY be going back to the vet I was using prior to this. 2 stars is generous.

Thank you for being there when needed... Buffed at Animal Clinic there through all hours. They are there for you even after hours. This is the most important thing. And they are all very friendly and helpful

I never felt like they really cared. Go to new vet and happy. I needed to take my dog in for a sore on my dogs foot. Called they got me in but charged me for emergency visit. I'd been going there for many years with all 5 of my dogs. Felt that that was unnecessary. And there priced skyrocketed after building new building.
