The worst experience(s) at a vet clinic I’ve ever encountered and I wasn’t even there for my own pet. They are understaffed which causes long wait times and extremely stressed out and short tempered employees. They don’t care for animals the way you think they would, I don’t believe they have your pets best interest at heart, just money motivated. I would never take any of my animals there and I’m hoping people see them for who they truly are. There was ONE staff member who seemed to genuinely care but had no control over the situation. She was a blessing and I hope she finds a new employer.

I’ve been here a few times. Usually things haven’t been too bad. The last time I brought my cat there I was told his shots would be 120 bucks. I get to the counter and get charged 180 bucks. This time took the cake. Two people a man and an older woman were at the desk. Both of them look at me and don’t even acknowledge me then go right back to their conversation. Once finished with their conversation (that had nothing to do with work) they finally waited on me. I had previously called they told me getting my cat fixed was 140 bucks. I pick him up and they charge me 265 bucks. I will NEVER go back.
