Noahs Landing Pet Care Clinic

I love the staff here! Great animal care and they were very patient with us❤️ I recommend them to everyone 💕

Edited review . Place is wretched and so messed up. They knew there only exotic vet was leaving (more like forced to leave) and didnt tell a single pet parent that a whole year later we'd be without a exotic vet . Instead of telling there clients they let each of us find out when our exotic pet apts csme up and then oops we closed the exotic vet side of the practice and are only small mammals now . Such bull sht and they know its messed up. Everyone of us who had exotic vets then had to scramble to find a new exotic vet which was now in south bend versus elkhart thus over half there clients left Noah's landing. Seriously can not say more bad about them. Such uncaring staff and doctors for doing that . Imagine if one the clients had emergency theyd most likely lose there reptile or amphibian or birds do to this . All for what? They could have sent out a sinple letter or called each client said they chose close the exotic vet part of there practice... your reply is total lie as when I went in to your office not 1 but 2 staff members said they knew almost for a year this was going happen and that the head staff/owner told them they were to to tell clients ahead of time they were leaving. Is main issues isnt they left but the withholding and lying about they were leaving and leaving ao very many exotic pet owners no exotic vet til last second then making us all scramble to find one when there isn't one in the area and the ones that are are much further away . 1 is granger who was full and other mishawaka who guess what was the exotic vet that left your place. Also ik facts that it was your call you failed to let clients know was not there call either. Fully an avoidable issue that was on your end. Which makes your practice unworthy of any good review. If were able remove the 1 star to zero still would be to nice. -star review is what is deserved for such abysmal lack of clientele care .

Yikes! Not a good time to take a pet here. Wife found a 6 week old abandoned stray kitten. She took her new kitten to Noah's pet landing for a quick check up. Noah's pet landing just administered 2 vaccines that our cat was too young for. Nursing staff has admitted fault and apologized for the "accident". They told us to keep a close eye on our kitten as she may swell up and need emergency life saving care tonight. They were kind enough not to charge us for the potentially lethal doses they injected our new family member with. I actually have a list of complaints from the 2 hour "check up", but who would need to hear more than this to stay far away? Treat your animals like family. Take them someplace that feels the same. Thank Jesus that these women are not in your doctors office or our local ER.

Amazing experience. THANKS!
