We tried to stay after the switch of ownership. We had a visit in August for our yearly and allergy issues. I told them what we use for allergies that the previous vet prescribed and they worked great! Wasn’t given anything remotely close! I tried calling a few weeks later, after 4 calls within 2.5 weeks I was informed he needed a skin recheck but couldn’t be seen for 4 weeks, wouldn’t even give him something to get him by until then!!! Completely unacceptable! The front office staff never even gave my note to the dr! We have been with this practice since we got our guy when he was 12 weeks old, he’s now 3! Switching to a different vet that actually listened and the front office staff answered every question I had was the best decision we could have made for him! 5 days into allergy meds and antibiotics from the new vet and I have my playful non scratchy doggie back!

I love this vet. They are extremely affordable and always use care when you take your fur babies in. I love a small hometown vet. They don't over charge. Definitely bring your fur babies here. I love it now even more with the new Vet Dr. Abernathy. I have no issues getting in. Dr. Abernathy is so caring and the new staff is amazing. Theyre always smiling and always helpful. It was not this friendly before when Dr Bob was there. I will say they're just now turning to electronic records so give them some grace if they're busy.
