They're way more concerned with nickle and diming you rather than doing what they are actually supposed to, and taking care of the issue you are paying for. It seems like they really didn't care about the well-being of our pets on multiple occasions. It would be one thing if prices went up and they did the job correctly, but it's another to charge for extra services that weren't needed or even actually done, all while not doing the thing you bring your pet in for. Very rude and combative. Terrible customer service. If they keep this up they'll be out of business soon, but doesn't seem like that matters to them either.

Dr. Kistler is the absolute best vet in town with experience and bedside manner with both the owner and pet! Her staff is excellent too!

We were so pleased with the service we received for our Pet. We believe they really cared about his condition and discomfort. This pet clinic is truly one of the best. We’re so happy that we found them.

As someone who loves their animal, and has horrid anxiety, coming into the clinic on what was already a stressful day was potentially a recipe for a bad experience. However, the wonderful people here at this clinic made mine and Boo's visit easy, and stress free. You can tell they love animals, and are keen on taking care of them just like you yourself as a pet owner would be. A phenomenal place to take your cat if you're in the market for a Vet.
