Grove Veterinary Clinic

So much for caring for animals in need here at this place if you're not a local and are not a current client your animals just don't matter and they will not see you to help. disgusting

Updated as of Sept 2026. I didnt want to do this, but here I am. Over the years Grove has been, at the best of times, hard to get ahold of. Days, weeks without returned calls, if at all. A while ago, I complained to a friend who was within the clinic, after needing emergency help and having two cows die, I told them how bad it was, nay, impossible, to contact them. I cant take credit for the change, but shortly after this heart to heart, their entire phone system changed, and I was receiving all call backs I requested, if not just being able to reach the front desk upon first try. I dont know what had happened since, but that is no longer the case. In the past 3 weeks I have left two messages, and tried to call multiple times since which either no response, returned calls, or if even I try after hours, the entire system hangs up on me instead of letting me leave a message. I have tried to have other vets come out, but they aren't taking new clients, and I've now lost one animal, looking at potentially two more less I can find a solution. I used to love this clinic and advocate for anyone to go their if they were in the market. I can wholeheartedly say as of now, Do NOT use this clinic. Hopefully that changes.
