Holt Mark DVM

This vet has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are patient with my nervous pup and didn't waste my time with a bunch of uninformative information.

I find it funny how concerned you are with whom leaves the review instead of making sure about things and how they're run within the practice. Sending me home with the wrong dose of meds that doesn't match my dogs weight, lack of teamwork and communication on their end and how that translates to patients/pet owners, the sensitivity of the staff and management when you stand firm and look for accountability. Word of mouth travels fast in a small city like Marion.

If you leave an honest but negative review about how their veterinary practice hasn't been able to get it together in the communication department, and call out management for not managing then you will receive a letter from them "terminating care" for your pet, just so YOU the consumer is aware. Luckily I had already made moves and gotten her records to a better vet in the area. I really hope to see Kem Road animal hospital stop playing vet and actually be one, you know, where all the vet techs, vets and managers are all on the same page.
