Took 18 week old French Bulldog female for puppy check and was charged for sick dog visit. Brought up my concern for blood around rectum that began 2 after I brought her to my new home. Vet didn’t do a complete check and had to return today for reexamine of what they missed yesterday. Got meds and they turned around and charged me for a quick exam. Also asked about price for spray over the phone, no set price, basically what they want to charge that day. Was given a price 2 years ago for a neuter when dropped off for procedure. $100 when picked him up. No complications during surgery…just more money!!! Pretty positive won’t return there.

I'm more than pleased with this vet clinic. My prior vet wouldn't touch Koda without being sedated first. I told Katie the vet tech that he was protective of me. She suggested I leave the room and let Dr. Smith and her see what they could do without me in the room. Well it worked. Dr. Smith was able to do the exam and draw blood needed for the bloodwork with no problem. If they are this good with my problem child they can handle anything. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Dr. Smith, Katie, and staff. I'm so blessed I found your clinic..
