Ridgeview Animal Clinic

We have been going to this office since Dr.Boone owned it. When Dr. Hesse took over we were overjoyed. He is the best veterinarian around. Kind and compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog and now cares for Charlye and Rosye. Golden Retrievers. If you need healing and health care for your furry animals I would 100% recommend him and his partners

I called to get my 2 cats checked out for worms because I recently changed there food and I believe they got little white worms. So I made appointment and told them I could not afford anymore then 300 hundred dollars. The appointment went just fine but I was forced to get both my cats there rabies and distemper injections even tho I was not there at this appointment for none of that and next they give me a box of pills for the worms. When it was time to check out my bill was 585.00 dollars. Are they crazy 4 shots and a box is over 500 hundred dollars. All I wanted was to get was rid of the worms my cats had and the vet scammed me over 500 hundred dollars. They also kept telling me about the Indiana state laws and how they could call the humand society on me if I didn't get my cats these shots. I ended agreeing to get the shots because I was scared of losing my cats. I give back the box back because they said it was over 200 hundred just for that stupid box. So my cats still have worms and the vet has over 300 hundred dollars of my money for a bunch of shots they really didn't need. I will never bring any of my cats to this vet ever again. This vet made me feel like I was a bad pet owner while I was taking my cats to them for help. I love my cats and no one is ever going to make me feel that way ever again.

When I went to have my dog spade at Ridgeview pre surgery tests discovered my dog had liver issues. Spade was postponed. Ultrasound there discovered she had copper retention syndrome. Because of her issues when she was spade great care was taken to insure her surgery was monitored closely and umbilical hernia repaired. Her surgery was not normal due to her condition. Because of her issues with a head cone I bought a surgery suit from Ridgeview to help my dog in her recovery. (A surgery suit is clothing that completely covers their abdomen area and groin.)

The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with every person I have met there. Dr. Stephens is down to earth and treats my dogs as if she was caring for her own. This is my forever vet office, unless I move out of state. lol
