Called to see about a refill on pain medication for my senior cat and was told I needed to bring him in for an appointment. He is 18 and a half and doesn't do well with car rides. I told them last time I brought him in he peed all over himself and was hyperventilating and had to be placed in an oxygen chamber. He is only older now and his teeth and pain hasn't magically improved. Im pretty disappointed that weren't able to work with me there. Despite being helpful in the past this really aggravated me and they won't get my future business

We have been customers of Hamilton Crossing since it was established in Westfield by the late Dr. Eric Frazier. Our pets have almost always had good care. I am very dissappointed that in the last week we were in need of an appt during regular hours. We were told twice that there was no vet in the building on two different days. I am of the opinion if you have open hours there should be a vet during those hours. I don't think we will be returning to this business unfortunately. There have been many changes since Eric passed away and mostly they have not been good ones. At one time there were four DVMs here but now down to one.
