I really liked the way Dr Madalyn interacted with our dog and with us. The staff was great as well. We got in quickly, right at our scheduled time, and the exam and check out were not rushed, but efficient and little wasted time.

I am mixed to be honest. I have previously marked them a 4 a couple of years ago and yesterday I called to get more information about the new paw plan and get one of my dogs in for shots. I was told instill had shots on the paw plan and it would be covered and only found out at check out that I had a bill. When I mentioned on the phone I was told it was covered under the plan. This person said they were used. Not sure why the double talk. I would have signed up for the new plan had I had been treated honestly. How do I mark this. The dr. And vet techs are awesome… I was just not treated as a valued customer. So for now it’s a 1 star.

Dr. Rader is so good with my guy (former street cat) who can become quite ferocious at the vet. Her presence keeps him calm and she’s actually able to give him the examination without a lot of pushback.
