They have too many clients to manage. Every time I call I’m told to go to the emergency vet. We don’t have enough doctors, we are over scheduled. Sorry we can’t help you. Go to the emergency vet. Do you get kick backs for sending your clients to the emergency vet or something?? They even refused to send a message back to the doctor because my dog was past due for an exam. (We were there in January) Only to be called back 2 minutes later with a voicemail stating yes I was there in January and If I still wanted a message sent to call back and tell them to send the message. SERIOUSLY?! You didint even offer an alternative like go to the emergency vet today but we could see you the next day etc. Decades of coming here. The last few years the care and the staff have changed and not in a a good way. Please allow me to alleviate your client/staff burden and take my 5 animals elsewhere.

I took my 8.5 yr old dog in for a dental cleaning. Dr Eichenseer and Tech Katriana (Kat) Meyer did a fantastic job!! The entire staff at Kryder + Harr are compassionate caring people. I can't imagine not going there for all of my pets needs. They are the best!
