Initial experience was very good with the vet and that is the only reason for even two stars. The rest is beyond unprofessional. We brought our rott to them as a second opinion and came highly recommended. Our rott injured her leg and will require surgery as told by the vet. The surgeon was out and I was told I would be notified as soon as he was back from his holiday weekend to discuss our treatment / surgical plan. NO RESPONSE. Three weeks with zero call back, so I followed up and now another week has passed with still no call back from the surgeon or the vets office. You all should be ashamed of your lack of care or responsiveness. Take your animal and your money elsewhere where.

Brought my WS in for her OFA exam for hips & elbows. They worked really well with her, as she can sometimes get nervous. Appreciate them taking the time to make sure all was right for her ❣️

We love the care Piper receives from the entire team at McAfee Animal Hospital. We’ve seen several of the doctors over the years, and they have all been knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. We especially want to recognize Dr. Dani, who takes the time to listen, clearly explains her recommendations, and genuinely cares about Piper’s health and comfort. Having a pug with breathing concerns can be stressful, and we’re incredibly grateful to have a veterinarian we trust so completely. Piper is always treated with kindness, patience, and excellent care.
